Your best people, on top of their day jobs. What it does well, what it misses, and what Essential Cognition adds.

Keep the task force. Give it the picture, the outlook and the reference it is missing. The task force is the audience of the workshop and the owners of the program: the agents do the gathering, the outlook comes from the platform, the swarm shows what full automation looks like, and the strategy is theirs to run.
Nobody knows the organization better, and what they build, they own. The right owners of the strategy in the end. Months of senior time, pilots that do not add up to a strategy, no outside view of where the industry is going, and no working example of a full autonomous system to measure against.
The AI Executive Strategy Workshop is $50,000, three days on site after the agent-led assessment; the fractional Chief AI Officer program is $100,000 for six months. Fixed prices. The alternative: Months of senior time.
