Privacy

Privacy policy of essentialcognition.com.

Who is responsible. Essential Cognition Inc., Austin, Texas, operating as Future Frontiers, runs this website. Questions about this policy go through the contact form.

What this site collects. Nothing on its own. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no tracking, and embeds no social media. The pages are served by Vercel, whose servers keep the usual short-lived technical logs (address, time, page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.

When you write to us. The contact form asks for your name, your e-mail address and your message. We store them, with the page you wrote from and the time, to answer you, and for nothing else. The message is delivered to us by e-mail through Resend. We keep it as long as the conversation is open and then for our records; one line through the form removes it.

In an engagement. What our agents gather inside your organization during a workshop or program belongs to you, stays in a space of your own, and is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this page.

No selling, no advertising. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights. You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, at any time through the contact form. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the rights of the GDPR apply, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

Changes. When this policy changes, the new version appears here with the date below.
